It crashes on me constantly and it takes forever to load up, and even then I have to minimize and maximize it several times to get it to come up. It won't update profile pictures for me or my friends either. I would use the website if the messenger worked properly there, but I can't even scroll on the website to see my messages. Please fix your system in general. It's been a struggle just to talk to anyone anywhere. As much as I love this app on my iPHONE!!! For Windows on my Acer, not so much. It takes forever to load and open just to get started.
